Three easy ways to bring balance to your life

The more time you spend living a life in this world, the older you get, you will understand that balance is the key to living a truly satisfying and fulfilling life. Moorings, balance, equilibrium, call it whatever you want. Balance is the foundation, balance is “the secret”, balance is the key to a happy life. 

Living life in the extreme is not a good thing. Nothing good can come from living life at the extremes. Many of us have the wrong belief that we need to give up something. This makes us feel like some kind of a “failure”, and brings frustration to our lives. Maybe someone along the way convinced us of the need to sacrifice something. But, as time goes by, we learn that this is not completely true. The older we get, the more we realise that we need to find balance in our lives. 

So, balance is the thing we are striving for. 

How can we achieve balance?

The first way to balance your life is to Meditate.

We all have a mind. And we know that we have a mind. But, many of us think that, if we want to meditate, we need to get into the state of mind where we don’t have any thoughts. And because we can’t achieve that, we get frustrated, we blame ourselves that we are not capable of meditating. The whole point in balance is to have thoughts, but to be able to control them. Meditate, but don’t be harsh on yourself. It is ok to have thoughts. Just notice those thoughts, and try to control them. That will provide more balance in your life. 

The second way to balance your life is by writing down your Planned Tasks. 

If you want to balance your life, you need to balance your time, right? Create a timetable, a schedule of your month, your week, your day. Try planning and organizing your days, try to balance your free time with your chores. Try doing that daily to begin with. You will soon see how your whole life will become more balanced.

The third way for getting your life in balance- do the things that make you feel good. 

We all have commitments and chores, but we all also have the freedom to do the things that make us feel good. Avoid the things that make you feel bad. feel free to say “No”, sometimes. By choosing to do the things that make you feel good, you are at the same time allowing your vibration to grow. And when you are vibrating highly, you are getting closer to manifesting the things that you want. 

Balance is something that requires time and practice. Just like with anything you want to achieve in your life. So allow yourself some time, practice this virtue, and the results will quickly come.
